1. About SeriesForge
SeriesForge is a content production tool that helps creators upload long-form video, identify sections, generate short-form clips, create captions and metadata, and prepare or publish content to connected platforms.
We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. Where a change materially affects a paid feature, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use SeriesForge. If you use the service for a company, team, or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting access to your account. You are also responsible for activity that occurs through your account, except to the extent caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable security measures.
Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Plans, fees, and payments
Paid plans, limits, and prices are shown on the SeriesForge website or checkout screen. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew for the same billing period until cancelled. You authorise the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method for recurring fees, taxes, and other amounts you approve.
Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. Refunds are handled according to the offer shown at purchase and applicable law. If a payment issue is not resolved, we may limit or suspend paid features.
5. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of the videos, audio, text, branding, and other material you provide to SeriesForge. You give us the limited permissions needed to host, process, transform, store, display, and deliver that material so we can provide and improve the service.
You represent that you have all rights, permissions, releases, and consents needed for the content you upload and for any people, music, footage, trademarks, or other material contained in it. You must not upload content that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.
6. AI-generated content
SeriesForge may use automated and AI-assisted systems to identify sections, generate clips, captions, titles, descriptions, and other outputs. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended audience.
You are responsible for reviewing every output before downloading, sharing, scheduling, or publishing it. SeriesForge does not guarantee that an output is unique, error-free, or free of third-party claims.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use SeriesForge to:
- break the law, infringe rights, or facilitate fraud, harassment, abuse, or exploitation;
- upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the service;
- circumvent usage limits, access controls, or payment requirements;
- create or distribute deceptive, unlawful, or harmful content; or
- reverse engineer or copy the service except where applicable law permits it.
8. Connected services and publishing
Some features may connect to social, storage, payment, or other third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. When you ask SeriesForge to publish or schedule content, you authorise the requested action, but you remain responsible for the content, destination account, timing, and platform rules.
Third-party services may change their APIs, permissions, availability, or policies, and SeriesForge is not responsible for outages or decisions made by those services.
9. Our intellectual property
SeriesForge and its software, visual design, trademarks, documentation, and underlying technology belong to SeriesForge or its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted in these terms, no rights are transferred to you.
If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly as the source without your permission.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeriesForge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, that processing will always produce a particular result, or that content will be accepted or distributed by any third-party platform.
You should maintain your own copies of important source files and outputs.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeriesForge and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold harmless SeriesForge and its providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using SeriesForge at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create risk for other users or the service, fail to pay, or where required by law. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice and an opportunity to remedy when appropriate.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and dispute-related provisions.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will provide additional notice where reasonably practicable. Continuing to use SeriesForge after the revised terms take effect means you accept them.
